🪞 What parts of your life or biz do you worry your audience will judge you for - if you were to show them on stories?

〰️ IE. “My life isn’t aesthetic, I look like shit half the time bc I’m a new mom, I have so little time to make shit look good, I’m SO busy, etc.”

🪞 Is it possible that it isn’t your audience who is  shaming or judging you for these things, but… yourself? (And you’re projecting that onto your audience / what you believe they’re thinking about you?)

🪞 If these things you were afraid to show, actually ADDED credibility & value in the eyes of your audience.. what would you now go own more of? (mess —> becomes the message)
