Six Months Ago, My Mastermind Client RE-STARTED HER BUSINESS FROM SCRATCH: She Just Hit a $22k Month
This client case study is probably one of the most meaningful ones I've ever written. Because this client's journey, is one that I've walked myself.
It's one that so many of us in the online coaching industry go through, but that rarely anyone talks about publicly .. because they feel shame. My goal is to get you out of that shame spiral & show you what's possible for you, with this case study from my Driven 2.0 Mastermind client.
SO - LET ME KNOW IF ANY OF HER STORY SOUNDS FAMILIAR:
🤑 SHE MADE BIG MONEY, FAST: she'd hit multi-5 figure months in her previous coaching business before, and done so easily.
🚨 SHE HAD HARD, UN-PLANNED LIFE SHIT GO DOWN: For her, it was the loss of a loved one, working through grief, dealing with chronic health issues & going back to a 9-5 ... on top of being a mom / wife.
📉 SHE EXPERIENCED AN INCOME DIP (WHICH LED TO A CONFIDENCE DIP): because when you make big money in your 20's from launching & hustling, you assume it's never gonna end. Until it does.
🧠 SHE DID HER SELF-HEALING: Invested in some trauma informed business coaching spaces, started going to therapy, and thought it would magically solve burnout/make her more money.. except it didn't.
Which is ultimately why, 6 months ago, she decided to DM me about working together.
She'd been creepin' on my content silently (as all my best clients do lol).
Watching, but never engaging 👻 .. until she knew she was ready to hire me.
And when she did finally DM me? And I asked her why she wanted to work with me, specifically, she said to me:
"Because your coaching style seems like a balance of BOTH masculine strategy/action taking, and also the more feminine flow/trauma informed support, just in case I need it."
"I'm just fucking tired of being in these trauma informed coaching spaces where the focus is on the same emotional issues month after month. 😂 I'm realizing now that half the "wounds" that people have getting triggered would be solved if they just did the work they needed to do, to sell & make some fucking money."
So, we initially started out with a 1:1 Strategy Intensive to suss eachother out.
(..can never be too careful in the coaching industry these days ya know what I'm sayin) 🤪
✅ Here's what she DID have in place, when she came to me:
Obviously, she'd been in the coaching industry for a hot minute & knew wtf she was doing. She had that baseline of sales + marketing + scaling + coaching knowledge.

She had developed her skillset around running Facebook ads, during her break. She had (general) clarity on the fact that she wanted to focus on building + selling offers as a service provider at least to start.. which was something new to her (she'd always been a coach until that point.)
❌ What she DID NOT have:
Her current client list was 0 (Except for her biz bestie who she was doing a service tradesies with)
Her audience = colder than the Trader Joes enchiladas collecting icicles in the back of her freezer.
She DID NOT have a ton of FREE TIME. She's a mom and had a 9-5 when we first started working together.. fun fact tho she quit just 2 months into working with me, hehe.
She didn't have CLARITY on who her ideal client was anymore, OR what types of offers she should sell next.. (even though she's smart as fuck & could figure it out solo, but she knew that was gonna take months before she unfucked her mind enough to create + start selling lol.)
And yet despite her circumstances, and all the cards "stacked against her"?
Six months later, NOT ONLY is she celebrating a $22k month in a brand new niche, with a cold ass audience, with minimal free time 🙏🏼
.. but she's so fucking in love with her business again 👇
.. and she's got offers she actually LOVES 👇
LIKE AS IN.. full alignment, embodied wisdom, can't stop talking about it kind of CONFIDENT AS FUCK ENERGY when she sells. 👀 No more low key self worth shame spirals for "not making as much money as she used to".
